Down the Ground - Powerplay
Ball-by-ball tabletop cricket for T20 and The Hundred, with a rating for every man in the side. Find the column off the striker's own rating, roll two dice and read the cell - a bad ball goes to that batter's shot row, so an opener and a number nine do very different things with the same delivery. Wickets come three ways and only one of them belongs to the bowler alone. Three books and seven sheets: the rules, a ratings book carrying all twenty 2026 T20 World Cup squads and the top four from the men's Hundred, a flowchart tutorial, master ball tables in normal and large print, a scoresheet, ten narrative tables, a World Cup tracker, a blank team sheet, and cut-out team cards for all twenty-four rated sides. The fast-format add-on to Down the Ground: tabletop T20 and The Hundred, a whole match in about five minutes. Rate a side once, roll the pitch, then roll 3d6 and read a chart through the powerplay, the middle and the death, with the new ball swinging and the dew able to turn a night chase. Includes the rulebook (both format charts, the wicket die, the dew rule and eight narrative tables), two tournament trackers for the 2026 T20 World Cup and the T20 Blast, a scoresheet, starter sides (a fictional league, all eighteen Blast counties, and the 2026 and 2024 World Cup fields) and an offline match-player app. Print-and-play, solo or two players.
